2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email and password (encrypted)
Assistant content: texts, files and sources that the creator uploads to train their assistant
Conversations: messages exchanged with the assistants (users and guests)
Transaction data: PELES history and payments made
Technical data: IP address, browser type and device, for security and abuse prevention

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance: providing the requested AI assistant creation, training and publishing service
Consent: for contact forms and commercial communications, revocable at any time
Legitimate interest: platform security, fraud and AI system abuse prevention
Legal compliance: tax and commercial obligations arising from payments

4. Recipients and processors

Base44 (Wix): hosting platform and technical infrastructure of the service
Stripe: payment processing; Stripe handles card data, we do not store it
AI model providers (OpenAI and similar): processing queries to generate responses
Public administrations: when there is a legal obligation

5. International transfers

Some of the indicated providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases we ensure they have adequate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent data transfer mechanisms, such as the Data Privacy Framework).

6. Retention periods

Account data: while the account is active and up to 5 years after cancellation
Transaction data: minimum 6 years for tax and commercial compliance
Conversations: up to 365 days, after which they are automatically anonymized

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to hola@infobot.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or the corresponding regional authority.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized use, improper access, alteration or disclosure.

9. Minors

The service is not directed at minors under 14. If we detect that we have collected data from minors without parental consent, we will proceed to delete it.
