How do I create an AI assistant with INFoBOT?
Define your assistant's name, purpose and tone, train it by pasting text, URLs or FAQs, and publish it with a link, a QR code or a widget. All in about 10 minutes, no code required.
What are PELES?
PELES are INFoBOT's internal credit. Each useful answer from your assistant costs 2 PELES (~€0.012). If the assistant can't answer well, nothing is charged.
How much does it cost to publish an assistant?
Publishing it (making it accessible with a public URL, QR code and widget) costs €36 for 6 months or €60 for a year. Creating, editing and testing it is always free.
What does the semestral and annual publication include?
Both plans include a public URL, QR code, website widget, 1,000 monthly PELES and usage statistics. The annual plan works out at €5/month instead of €6/month.
Can I try it for free before publishing?
Yes. You can create, train and preview your assistant at no cost. You only pay when you decide to make it public.
How do I train the assistant with my content?
You paste text, add URLs or write FAQs from the editor. The assistant only answers using that knowledge, not generic internet information.
Can I embed the assistant on my website (widget)?
Yes, once published you can embed it with a small code snippet on any website, in addition to sharing the public link or a QR code.
What languages can my assistant speak?
Spanish is always included. You can enable Catalan, English or other languages so users can choose which one they want to use.
Does the assistant make up answers?
No. INFoBOT is designed so the assistant only answers with the content you've taught it. If it doesn't know, it says so openly instead of making things up.
What happens if I run out of PELES?
The assistant stops answering new queries until PELES are recharged (manually or with the monthly credit included in the publication plan).
Can I change the assistant's personality and tone?
Yes, you can choose from tones like formal, casual, motivating, direct, empathetic or technical, and change it at any time from the editor.
Is it safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Conversations are stored securely and automatically anonymized after the retention period, following GDPR principles.
