This legal notice regulates the access and use of the website infobot.es (the "Website"), which the owner makes available to Internet users, as well as the platform for creating and publishing artificial intelligence assistants that operates on it.
Access to the Website is free and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, source code, trademarks, logos and other audiovisual or sound elements, as well as its graphic design) is the intellectual and industrial property of HORECA SHIPPING GROUP, S.L.U. or third parties who have authorized its use, without any exploitation rights recognized by current legislation being transferred to the user.

These responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise) and do not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the owner and the user submit to the Jutjats i Tribunals de Tarragona, and consumers may additionally go to the courts of their domicile when applicable law grants them this right.
